Michael Bertha, MBA, CPA
My family and I are relatively new to Florida, having moved to the area in June of 2023. I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and after graduating, I served eight years in the Army as a field artillery officer. During my time in the service, I earned my MBA from Liberty University, and after fulfilling my contract, I decided to attend the University of Pittsburgh, where I earned my Master of Accounting and Business Analytics.
After the pandemic in 2020 and the birth of our son in 2022, my wife and I decided we wanted to be closer to family. Since my parents already lived in the Hudson area and we knew that my in-laws were soon moving to the Spring Hill area, my family and I decided to pick up and move with our son and two dogs to Florida. We love living here and are continually working to become more a part of the community.
